Refund Policy

Digital product, delivered immediately. The £49 scan is digital content generated and delivered to you straight after purchase. By starting your scan immediately after paying, you ask us to begin supplying the digital content right away and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right to cancel (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations) is lost once delivery has begun.

Our goodwill promise. We still want you to feel it was worth it. If your scan failed technically (e.g. it errored, didn’t generate, or the report was clearly broken), contact us within [14] days at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we’ll re-run it or refund you in full. If you’re simply unhappy with the findings, email us — we review these case by case and would rather make it right than leave you dissatisfied.
